• Report similarly on the bona fides and reputation of substantial shareholders or others exerting control over the AIM applicant.
  • Review and report on the corporate governance measures in place.
  • Where appropriate, interface between Nomad and local professionals conducting the due diligence investigations.
  • Interface between the Nomad and the AIM company to monitor the systems procedure controls in place in order to comply with its obligations under the AIM Compliance AR5.
  • Attend monthly board meetings and discuss with local management any issues on which the Nomad seeks amplification. The above “menu” can be tailored to suit the requirements of each case and a fee quote, which is by reference to the time involvement, agreed. Initial discussion with the Nomad and a report on the AIM applicant company and an overview of the assignment prior to engagement is without charge.
